“SAILING FOR WISHES”

“Christmas is for kids” How many times have we heard and/or said these exact words. As adults we get much joy out of the anticipation of children as Christmas approaches; the excitement of Christmas Morning when their “Christmas Wish” comes true!

  • Sadly, their are children whose daily life’s are afflicted by illness and medical conditions beyond anyone’s control. These are the children which the wonderful Make A Wish (MAW) Organization assists by granting wishes. These wishes bring joy and smiles to these beautiful faces, just like Christmas Day! In order for these “Wishes” to become a reality, Make A Wish must raise the funds to do so. Thus Personal and Corporate donations are the life-line of MAW

As outlined in my previous blog on August 15th, https://www.wanderlustexcursions.ca/wanderlust-excursions-gives-back/ I have joined with Make A Wish for a major fundraiser called “Sailing for Wishes”.

What is “Sailing for Wishes”? Quit simply, a Christmas Market River Cruise! Join us aboard the AmaCerto, one of AmaWaterways beautiful river cruise vessels and sail the historic Rhine River from Amsterdam, Netherlands to Basel, Switzerland.
