Group Travel & Payment Policies
Payments to Wanderlust Excursions for products and services, including tour packages, booked travel services/events, will be accepted via the following methods of payments: Cash, e-transfer, Cheque, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Sales- Products & Services: At the time of the complimentary consultation for a private or group planning, the fee for services and bookings moving forward will be outlined. This is necessary, as with each unique set of plans, the payment requirements to the suppliers can differ. All payments are to be made in full prior to receipt of package and/or departure. Failure to comply with payment in full as outlined in the group and/or client agreement, may result in cancellation of client’s agreement with Wanderlust Excursions.
Cancellation by tour operator:
- Due to client’s non-compliance, of payment in full, will result in a cancellation fee of 30% of total tour cost.
- Due to undersold tour will result in client receiving a reimbursement of the payment received (ie deposit, partial or full-payment) dependent on payment agreement and less administrative costs incurred.
- Due to unforeseen issues (ie Airline strike, Travel Advisory issued by Canadian Government with regards to unsafe conditions in country of travel [acts of terrorism], etc. will be taken very seriously by management which may result in cancellation or postponement of tours. Wanderlust Excursions will undertake all measures to insure the safety of their clients and staff. Any cancellations of this nature, depending on the time frame prior to departure, may result in cancellations fees that are beyond the control of Wanderlust Excursions.
Cancellation on the part of the client, less than 60 days prior to departure may result in partial reimbursement less administrative fees and all fees incurred by Wanderlust Excursions by its partners/suppliers.
COVID-19/Pandemic: As we move through this unprecedented time Wanderlust Excursions will be moving to update policies in regards to client questionnaires regarding symptoms, vaccinations and other matters that should arise prior to Group Tours resuming.
Wanderlust Excursions maintains a safe working & travel environment and will not accept belligerent, vulgar language or physical contact etc. from its clients towards fellow travellers, staff, travel trade partners and their staff.
Wanderlust Excursions staff will perform their duties with professionalism and courtesy towards our clients, suppliers & partners.
Drunk & Disorderly Conduct: Wanderlust Excursions does not prohibit the consumption of alcohol by our clients, however, clients are responsible for their own actions and behaviour and thus accept all responsibility.
